Privacy policy
At Nina’s Interior Design we take the privacy of everyone who visits our website seriously and trust us with their data. In this policy we explain what data we collect, what we use it for and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

2. What data we collect
We only process the data you voluntarily give us through the contact form, by email, by phone or by WhatsApp: name, email, phone, town, the service you are interested in and the information you share about your project.
3. What we use your data for
- Replying to your enquiries and quote requests.
- Managing our relationship with clients and providing the contracted services.
- Sending you information about our services and news, only if you have given us your express consent by ticking the corresponding box.
We do not make automated decisions or create profiles with your data.
4. Legal basis
- Your consent, when you send us the form or contact us, and when you agree to receive communications.
- The performance of a contract or of pre-contractual measures, when you ask us for a quote or hire our services.
- Compliance with legal obligations, for example tax and accounting obligations.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before.
5. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as it is needed to answer your enquiry or for the duration of the business relationship. Afterwards, we keep it blocked for the periods required by law and then delete it. If you only wrote to us for information and we did not end up working together, we delete it within a maximum of one year.
6. Who we share your data with
We do not pass your data on to third parties, except where required by law. To run the website we use providers who may access it as data processors, with appropriate safeguards: the web hosting service (Hostinger) and, where applicable, the email provider. When we work on your project, we only share the strictly necessary data with the professionals involved (for example, carpenters or installers), and with your knowledge.
7. Your rights
You can exercise at any time your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to us at hola@ninasinteriors.com, stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not processed your data correctly, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply the technical and organisational measures needed to protect your data and prevent its loss, misuse or unauthorised access. The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS).
9. Cookies
This website only uses the technical cookies needed for it to work, which do not require your consent. If in the future we add analytics or third-party cookies, we will let you know and ask for your consent before they are installed.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to adapt it to legal changes or changes in our services. We recommend that you review it from time to time.
